Customers are asked to register an account on our website. This will serve as the method to create deposits, participate in auctions, place bids, and make payments. This account is FREE OF CHARGE.

Customers have access to auction information without a deposit. To participate in an auction and place a bid. However, a deposit is required. The deposit enables the bidding tool and unlocks other areas of the app.

Upon purchase of a vehicle, the deposit will be subtracted from the total cost of the purchase price and will be noted on the final invoice.

Deposits can be made via the following services/methods:

PayPal

PayPal is an internationally-renown, secure method of online payment, and is a corporation owned by eBay. If you select this method, please determine the amount of your intended deposit and send your payment to [email protected]. Our team will be able to verify your deposit within 10-15 minutes of submission (during business hours only).

*Of note- PayPal charges a 4% commission on the transfer amount and will not be included in the total amount available in your deposit amount. Please calculate this commission amount and include it with your deposit.

TransferWise

TransferWise is a private, UK-based online money transfer service that provides multi-currency accounts with a process in place that circumvents the need for conversion and transfers crossing borders. They use the most up-to-date exchange rates as available on Google.

Money Gram / Western Union

Money Gram is a fast, highly reliable international money transfer service option available in 190 territories and countries.

If you use to select this method, please indicate Gabriel Tejera as the receiver.

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer transactions require between 2-3 business days to complete and confirm. Transaction fees may apply and will be paid by the customer.

Upon winning your auction, a final invoice will be issued. Please pay the full amount due using one of the aforementioned methods within 72 hours of receipt.

We will make the necessary shipping arrangements of your new vehicle from Japan, including the preparation of documents for exportation, customs clearance, inland transportation to the port of departure, and vessel booking.

Upon confirmation and receipt of payment, we will send the customer all the required documentation to receive their vehicle via a courier service like DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

To collect your vehicle from the destination port, bring all the necessary documentation.

Freight on Board (FOB) Charges

Vehicle prices & freight on board (FOB) charges will be displayed separately on our site. Please note that these charges will vary with the vehicle selected. FOB charges include the following:

Agency Fee

The agency fee includes all auction fees, sales taxes, commissions, car export documentation, logistics fees, and other expenses based in Japan. Discounts are available with the purchase of more than one car.

Document Courier Costs (DMS, DHL, FedEx, UPS)

The cost of Express Postage for the delivery of necessary car documents via Express Postage.

Maritime Insurance

Maritime insurance will depend on the price of the car/cars, ocean freight, etc. Please confirm whether you will require this insurance and the rate with your sales consultant.

How to Bid

Sign in with your user e-mail and password.
Search the site for a vehicle by the maker, model, or auction lot number
Review upcoming available auctions, wholesale options (BUY NOW), and previous statistics. Of note, wholesale (BUY NOW) prices are fixed, and cars can be purchased immediately.
If participating in an auction, check the auction sheet guide for information about the condition of the vehicle you are interested in.
Upon selecting a vehicle, click BID. The time remaining in the auction will be visible. If the auction is closed, bids will no longer be accepted. When the auction has ended, the final sold price will be displayed.
When placing a bid, enter the maximum price you wish to bid, and it will be placed for you.
When bidding on multiple vehicles, bids can be divided into different groups, with up to five in each group.
You may bid on up to five cars in the same group. Selecting WIN MAX will indicate how many vehicles you would like to win in each group (e.g., a Win Max of 2 would mean you want two cars of the five in the group).

Once a bid is placed, the following information will be available for view:
- Start price- the starting price
- Final price- the final price
- The result- whether a car was sold, remains unsold, was won, or negotiations are in play
- Bid- your bidding price
If a bid is unapproved, our sales team will need to approve it.
Vehicles may be marked as unsold, which may occur for many reasons. In this instance, we will contact the auction house directly to negotiate a price.
If you win an auction, you may track the progress of the sale. You will have access to your final invoice, pay the amount due, and view all the processing documents necessary for shipping.
