Form P17 (completed)
Document of T2L or T2LF (to be obtained from the shipping company or the Customs service in the European country of origin to prove the customer’s community status in Europe)
Passports (valid and expired, of at least last 5 years)
Shipping documents
Alien Registration Certificates (for the applicant and the family)
Permit of residence (for the applicant and the family)
Sales contract
Driver’s license
A document proving employment of applicant outside Cyprus (insurance records, payslips or tax returns can be given)
A document proving the children of the applicants are enrolled in a school (for applicants having school-going children)
Utility or telephone bills
Contract of employment in Cyprus

TAXATION

Sum of 10% - 22% of the CIF value of the used car and the Engine Capacity tax will be levied as Import Duty.
A Sum of 19% of the CIF value, Import Duty, and Excise Duty will be charged as VAT.
