Left-hand-drive used Japanese cars are permitted for import in Poland.
For importing Japan used vehicles in Poland, the roadworthiness test is required. The test must be done within 3 years after the first registration of the car. The next roadworthiness test should be done within the next 2 years after the first test, and then within every one year of the last roadworthiness test.

An excise tax will be applicable if the vehicle is 6 months and above in age and has been driven for more than 6000 km.
Excise tax is based on the size and age of the vehicle and its engine.
